[Chassis I] The Eminent: Team Aura: The cooldown speed of all enemies' actions is reduced by 15%. When an enemy performs an action, there is a 15% chance resulting in failure.
[Chassis II] Commitment Burdener: Gathers [Chi] continously during the battle (300/s). Upon receiving damage, reduces the final damage by the equal amount of [Chi]. For every non-XULT action performed by the unit, gains one level of [Charge]. Upon 3 accumulated levels, Wu Sheng enters [Eyes of Rage] state: final damage dealt +35% while losing [Chi] effect. Meanwhile, the final damage value of the next XULT action will be increased by 70%. Wu Sheng will be discharged from the [Eyes of Rage] afterward.
